Mookaite Beads from Australia
Mookaite beads are made from material that comes out of the Carnarvon Basin in Western Australia. It is a sedimentary fossilized rock, where silica mixed with white clay and then petrified. Mookaite presents both bold and soft hues in colors ranging from red, burgundy, mustard (yellow), cream, white, brown, mauve, pink, and purple.
