Spectrolite (Labradorite) Feldspar Cabochons from Finland

Finnish Spectrolite is the finest labradorite available. The dark background makes the flashing colors of labradorescence really stand out. Spectrolite is now difficult to obtain, but we bought this material decades ago and only have limited quantities left.

As with labradorite, you need to view the stone at the right angle to see the colors present. We’ve tried to capture the color of each piece and provide you with a photo to illustrate the shape of the cabochon if necessary.
